Terms & Conditions – Al-Siddique Skill Development Welfare Institute
1. All training programs are for skill development only and may be conducted online or in
person. All courses are 100% free and are only available to eligible individuals who
cannot afford.
2. Your progress depends on your own effort, and you must provide accurate financial
information. Providing false financial information to gain free access will result in
immediate termination. The Institute may also take legal action and charge fees for the
training period attended. The Institute provides guidance and support only.
3. All students must follow the rules, SOPs and guidance of the Institute.
4. You are responsible for your own actions and decisions during and after the training.
The Institute is not responsible for your personal, academic, or professional results.
5. The Institute has the right to terminate a participant at any time during the training if
rules or conditions are violated.
6. The Institute does not guarantee success after completing a course. Success depends
on your own hard work.
7. Any fraud or false representation related to the Institute may lead to legal action. The
Institute is not responsible for such activities.
8. Bringing weapons or prohibited items to the institute premises is strictly prohibited and may lead to
immediate suspension and legal action.
9. The Institute is not responsible for any injury, accident, or personal loss during the
training.
10. A minimum of 80% attendance and class participation is compulsory for all students. Students who do not
meet the required attendance criteria may not be allowed to continue the training
program or receive course completion certification.
